Msgr. George E. Dobes, of Epiphany Byzantine Parish in Annandale, Virginia will share reflections on Marriage Annulments. Msgr. Dobes is a retired Navy Chaplain and has worked in the marriage tribunals of the Archdiocese for the Military Services and the Diocese of Arlington
